Dream Queen orders are packed with love and shipped from Australia.
Some Dream Queen pieces may be available for pre-order. For full pre-order terms, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can manifest your parcel all the way home.
Shipping & delivery
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.
If you’re international and obsessed (we get it), email us at orders@dreamqueenco.com.au and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and any external delays, but we’ll always do our best to get your Dream Queen pieces to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150.
For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Express shipping upgrades are also available if you need your Dream Queen moment sooner.
Returns
We want you to love your Dream Queen pieces, and find your dream fit. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.
Refunds & Store Credit
Because we produce in small, limited batches (no mass waste, no fast fashion energy), we offer store credit so you can pick something you truly love.
Approved returns will be issued as a Dream Queen store credit.
Store credits can be used across all Dream Queen products and do not expire.
Refunds will only be issued if an item is confirmed faulty, damaged, or not as described, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Returns eligibility
• Items must be returned within 21 days from purchase
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Please email orders@dreamqueenco.com.au for your unique RA number to include with your parcel. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return Shipping
Returns must be sent via Australia Post only.
We are unable to accept returns sent via other couriers.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive your Return Authorisation (RA) number along with full return instructions, including the correct return address.
Please ensure you keep your tracking details, as Dream Queen Co. cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please do not send items back without approval, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Final sale items
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at orders@dreamqueenco.com.au
We’ll always try to exchange first so you get the Dream Queen piece you wanted.
If your item is sold out, we’ll issue store credit so you can pick your next fave.
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at orders@dreamqueenco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll always work with you to make things right.
A Quick Note
Because Dream Queen is a small, intentional brand producing limited runs, we’re unable to offer change-of-mind refunds.
