All products are subject to availability. Our collections are produced in limited quantities, and once sold out, items may not be restocked.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Free shipping thresholds, where applicable, apply to Australian orders only unless otherwise stated.

Sale items may not be eligible for return unless required by Australian Consumer Law
Gift vouchers are non-refundable

Discounts apply to full-priced items only

Discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed

8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers:

Are redeemable online only at dreamqueenco.com.au
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Are non-refundable

Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.

10. Limitation of Liability
